EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges that are requested 1 month prior to your event. If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please contact us using our contact form to see if the requested item is available.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, all deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to costs associated with processing an order. Moreover, it helps us protect our business from individuals who may try to take advantage of our products, services, and policies.

REFUNDS/RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on your deposit or accept returns under any circumstances. Once a payment has been made, it is considered non-refundable. This applies to all bookings, purchases, and services provided.
