WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in the Bay Area - California, United States.

HOW DO I RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY?
Add the products that you are interested in into your cart. During the checkout process, you must include details of your event in the notes section, and you must select the date and time of your event. If the date or time that you are interested in booking is unavailable, please reach out to us to see if we can still accommodate your request. Once you place an order and pay your deposit, we will send you an email confirming the details of your booking.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
A non-refundable deposit will be charged. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the day of your event. If the payment has not been paid in full prior to the day of your event, you will forfeit your deposit and rental services will not be provided.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our employees will deliver your items to the location of your event. Please note that we only provide delivery services within the Bay Area. However, we may be able to accommodate events located outside of the Bay Area, but please contact us first.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR SETTING UP?
We will set up your items at the location of your event. However, we do NOT provide design or planning services as that is the responsibility of the renter. 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY FEES?
Anything within 15 miles of Hayward will incur a $50 delivery fee. 16-30 miles within Hayward will incur a $75 delivery fee. 31-50 miles within Hayward will incur a $100 delivery fee. The delivery fees include the set up as well as the delivery and pickup of your rental items. ALL ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED AND PICKED UP BY OUR EMPLOYEES; NO EXCEPTIONS.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPENDING REQUIREMENT?
No we do not.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS ARE LOST/STOLEN/MISSING/DAMAGED DURING MY EVENT?
You will be held liable for the costs of lost/stolen/missing/damaged items that occur during your event. 

WHAT IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
