Perfect for clients who have already planned their event but want someone there to make sure everything comes together smoothly.

• Vendor confirmations prior to the event
• Coordination of vendor arrivals
• Up to 5 hours of event-day coordination

THE SIGNATURE

Partial Planning + Coordination - Starting at $900

For clients who have started planning but would love some extra help completing their vision and organizing the remaining details.

• Up to 3 planning meetings
• Theme and color palette assistance
• Décor and styling guidance
• Assistance sourcing décor, rentals, props, signage, favors, supplies, and other event materials
• Vendor recommendations and research
• Rental selection and coordination
• Vendor communication assistance
• Planning checklist
• Custom event-day timeline
• Venue walkthrough
• Floor plan and event-flow assistance
• Up to 7 hours of event-day coordination
• Setup and styling oversight
• Basic photo + video content capture

THE LUXE

Full-Service Planning + Coordination - Starting at $1,450

For clients who want support from their initial vision all the way through event day.

• Scheduled planning consultations throughout the planning process

• Budget planning and tracking
• Venue and vendor research
• Vendor recommendations and coordination
• Assistance reviewing vendor proposals
• Full sourcing assistance for décor, rentals, props, signage, favors, tableware, supplies, and specialty items

Please Note: Package pricing covers planning and coordination services only. Décor, rentals, materials, vendor services, purchases, shipping, delivery, and other event expenses are separate unless specifically included in your custom proposal.

Basic photo and video content capture consists of casual phone photos and short-form video clips for personal/social media use and is not a replacement for professional photography or videography.
