Kids Activity Station

Keep your little guests entertained with our Kids Activity Station! Perfect for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and other special celebrations, our station offers a variety of creative, hands on activities for children to enjoy. From arts and crafts to games and puzzles, there’s something for everyone!

Standard Package: Includes up to 15 guests and 2 activity hosts for up 2 hours.

Activities include:

• Coloring Station: Coloring books, coloring sheets, crayons, and colored pencils.
• Animal Mask Crafts: Fun animal themed masks for the guests to decorate and personalize.
• Rainbow Scratch Art: Colorful scratch art activities where the guests can create their own designs.
• Activity Sheets: Word searches, coloring pages, drawing activities, and more 
• Games: Tic-Tac-Toe, Connect 4, card games, and other interactive games.
• Puzzles: A selection of kid friendly puzzles.
• Building Blocks: Fun building activities that encourage creativity and imaginative play.

Additional package details:

• Good for up to 15 guests
• 2 on site activity hosts for up to 2 hours

• Replenishment and organization of supplies

Additional guests and hosts:

• Additional guests: $20 per guest
• Additional host: $40 per hour (2 hour minimum). Additional activity hosts may be required for larger groups depending on the number and ages of the guests attending

Additional hosting hours:

• Additional hour: $100 per hour (includes both activity hosts)
• 3 hour package: Starting at $550
• 4 hour package: Starting at $650

Additional hours are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Sample Package Pricing:

The 25 guest example includes an additional host for 2 hours. Final staffing requirements depend on the guests’ ages and activity needs.

Additional Information:

• Age appropriate activities: Activities can be adjusted based on the age groups attending.
• Event customization: Complimentary decor can be styled to coordinate with your party theme. Additional customization fees may apply.
• Tables and chairs: Not included. Clients must provide suitable tables and seating. We may be able to assist with sourcing rentals upon request.
• Delivery: Delivery, transportation, and applicable travel fees are calculated based on event location. Delivery includes delivery, setup, and breakdown.
• Activity hosts: Our hosts assist guests with crafts and games, guide activities, replenish supplies, and maintain the station throughout the experience.
• Adult supervision: Our activity hosts are not babysitters or childcare providers. Parents or designated guardians remain responsible for supervising guests throughout the event.
